Canadian shipments are sent USPS Global. If you place an order from Canada,you will receive an email regarding your shipping fees which will be charged upon shipment.

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your product, return it to Generationgifts.com within 7 days of purchase in original packaging along with your RMA# and receipt and we will refund the purchase price of the product. There is a 20% restocking fee added. If the return was the result of an error on our part, we will gladly refund all shipping charges as well. You must call us in order to obtain an RMA#.
